Ten years ago, 21 Together began with a simple but powerful belief:

That every child and young person with Down’s syndrome deserves the opportunity to live full and vibrant lives.

Since then, we’ve walked alongside hundreds of children, young people and families — celebrating first steps, first words, growing independence, confidence, and connection. We’ve created spaces where families feel understood, supported and empowered, and where children and young people are encouraged to be exactly who they are.

 

Over the past decade, our impact has been shaped by:

Our mission hasn’t changed: to help every child and young person with Down’s syndrome reach their full potential.

And while we’re proud of what we’ve achieved, there is still so much more to do.
